What areas do you serve?
We serve areas that are in a 35 mile radius from Dallas, TX.
Do you offer a price per sqft?
We don’t offer a standard price per square foot, as many factors can affect the final cost. Every property is unique, and site conditions can either raise or lower the overall price of construction.
What happens if concrete cracks? Do you offer warranty?
Our concrete is poured directly over native Texas soils, which are known to expand during the rainy season and shrink in dry conditions. This natural soil movement can lead to cracking over time regardless of the contractor. That’s why we offer a three-year crack warranty, covering any cracks larger than 1/4 inch.
Do you cover other trades or disciplines?
We only handle minor work from other trades when it directly relates to the project. Scope varies by job, so let us know what additional work you need, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
How do you handle issues when they arise?
Depending on the severity of the issue, we start by assessing the situation and gathering all necessary details. From there, we develop a list of possible solutions and clearly present them to you, along with any potential impacts. Once you've reviewed the options and made a decision, we move forward and keep you informed every step of the way.
Is there anything I need to do to prepare for the job?
Yes, we’ll need the project dimensions and a clear vision of what you’re looking to accomplish. It’s also helpful to know your budget upfront so we can determine if the project is feasible within that range.
